With a team of incredible educators, students, families, and community members, Erica collaboratively created a project and competency-based, deeper learning for equity-driven high school to realize the EL Education model. Students there continue to be challenged by rigor and relevance in this free, public charter program. Erica led SAEL from launch to sustainability over nine years, building one of the strongest high school programs in the United States.
